Recipe
- Cook linguine pasta in boiling water + salt until almost al dente
- Toss pasta with salt, butter, and pepper
- Add garlic, shallots, and oil and cook for 45 seconds, then add white wine and cook for another 60 second on low-medium heat
- Add clams, more white wine, garlic, a little chicken broth (optional)
- Steam clams until all shells are open
- Take out clams
- Mix salt, pepper, and butter until melted (as needed)
- Add noodles and chopped parsley, and cook until al dente
- Plate with clams and parmesan

Fresh clams are really important - need a LOT!
