Recipe

  1. Cook linguine pasta in boiling water + salt until almost al dente
  2. Toss pasta with salt, butter, and pepper
  3. Add garlic, shallots, and oil and cook for 45 seconds, then add white wine and cook for another 60 second on low-medium heat
  4. Add clams, more white wine, garlic, a little chicken broth (optional)
  5. Steam clams until all shells are open
  6. Take out clams
  7. Mix salt, pepper, and butter until melted (as needed)
  8. Add noodles and chopped parsley, and cook until al dente
  9. Plate with clams and parmesan
